The cutouts in this unique bench pin allow you to slip the blade of your saw into the interiors of the pin arms in order to saw small parts with full support.  The cutout at the v-point of the pins for backing support of rods, wires and sheet for filing.  This pin is designed to be mounted to the top of the workbench giving a flat continous surface for sawing.
